Dear Award Recipient,

The Progress Report is a key award requirement of any MCHRI Award. The data gathered here serve as a critical tool in tracking success and return-on-investment data to our donors and investors. Furthermore, this information is helpful in determining how effective this type of funding is on pediatric research career-development and continual funding for future child health researchers as well as aiding in the improvement of MCHRI processes and research training.

MCHRI Administration will be requesting a Progress Report annually for three years after the award end date, including all abstracts, presentations, publications, and grants (applied and/or funded) resulting from the work supported by this award.

In addition to annual reporting, MCHRI is working to better capture and share outcomes from supported work across our community. If you have publications, grants, or other milestones you would like to share more broadly, you may do so this submission form.

Please feel free to contact Kim Stern at 650-724-0279 if you have any questions.

Thank you.
MCHRI Administration
