DUET Pre-screening Survey

Thank you for your interest in this study! This clinical trial is investigating the functional and polysomnographic outcomes of XYWAV for those with idiopathic hypersomnia (IH) or narcolepsy (Type 1 and Type 2). If you have been diagnosed with either of these conditions, you may be eligible for this study. Complete a short questionnaire to see if you qualify for the DUET Study. This survey should take about 5 minutes.
